Before you walk through the dinosaur halls in the Museum, we recommend you watch the film in the Wallach Orientation Center, where the Titanosaur is located. You'll notice how each hall is organized like a giant branching tree of life. The white columns along the center of the halls, called nodes, indicate points in the tree at which key physical features evolved in animals. The animals in the alcoves after each node have the particular feature, while those before the node do not.
