This beautiful butterfly designed scarf is inspired from a pochoir print from the rare decorative album Papillons, by Eugene Alain Séguy, an influential French designer of patterns and textiles in the 1920s. In this design, E.A. Séguy selected species from different areas of the world, that are never found together in nature, to illustrate "a miraculous wealth of harmonies and combinations of colors."
