Did you know the Plesiosaurs were large, carnivorous marine reptiles? A woman named Mary Anning was the first person to discover a Plesiosaur in Dorset, England in the winter of 1820-21. It was missing its skull but she then found another in 1823 with the skull still intact. Plesiosaurus could grow up to 8 feet long but this plush one is a little smaller.
